Kids group 3-5 years old basic gymnastics elements using imagination and circuit training with equipment.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE - 1.5 HOURS
Created through play
- Balance skills, coordination - 20 minutes
- Basic strength and stretching - 20 minutes
- Acrobatic basic elements:
bridge, pike, candle, handstand, basket, cartwheel, jumps - 30 minutes
- Aerial Hammock - 20 minutes

ACRO YOGI
Kids group 6+ years old Individual gymnastics and yoga, partner yoga, circuit training with equipment, games and races.
ACRO PERFORMER
Advanced group 6+ years old who practicing special circus acts to participate on Talent Festivals and Shows.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE - 3 HOURS
Hour 1: Basic acro and gymnastics foundation
Warm up, balance, stretching, conditioning
Hour 2: Intermediate acro and gymnastics skills
Acrobatics skills: handstands, cartwheel, somersault, walkovers, tumbling, Partner Yoga
Hour 3: Advanced aerial skills and team performance: Aerial Hammock, silks, hoops, hand to hand , Partner Acro

* Parent drop-in price, while child is on premises: calisthenics class $15, open gym $10
* Makeup classes should be completed within a payment period.
