TRAIN FREELY. MOVE WITH PURPOSE.

A gym membership allows access to the facility from 6:00am to 11:00pm daily. Members can train independently during these hours. Classes are not included unless specified in your membership package.    

During group classes, athletes can train in the other gym's areas without interfering training sessions.

The registration fee includes a custom gym T-shirt and cap or toque, as well as a $30 access card. The card is refundable at the end of your membership term if returned in good condition. 

Note: If you cancel and wish to return later, you must pay for both the access card and merchandise again to reactivate. 

 You can choose from the following:

• Gym Access Only (Month to Month)
• Gym Access Only (Annual Contract) 
• Gym Access + 1, 2, or 3 Classes per Week (Annual Contract)

Payments are charged on the 1st of every month. If you join in the middle of the month, the first payment is prorated. By signing up, you agree to have your payment method on file charged monthly until written cancellation is received. 

 Yes — how you cancel depends on your membership type:

• Month-to-Month Memberships:
  You can cancel at any time, but written or verbal notice must be given before the 1st of the month. If notice is provided after a payment has gone through, cancellation will take effect the following month. No refunds are issued for late notice.
• Contract Memberships (Annual):
  Cancelling before the 12-month commitment is complete will result in a one-time penalty. The penalty is based on the difference between the contract rate and regular monthly rate for past months.
   

You can also pause your membership for 1–2 months for a $15 + HST fee to keep the contract valid, or downgrade one level (charged at full price).
