Providing training sessions with basic gymnastics elements and circuit training with equipment.
Learning how to properly perform basic elements: pull-ups, push-ups and dips with farther progression to more advanced techniques: muscle-up, handstand and lever variations.
Monday - Thursday 8-9 pm
Friday 7-8 pm
Saturday - Sunday 11 am-12 pm
