BASIC STRENGTH ADULTS 

Learn how properly to do basic exercises: pull-ups, push-ups, dips, squats and core exercises .

Find out how to correct your posture by using body-weight training.

SKILLS TRAINING ADULTS 

Learn, progress and master advanced elements: handstand, pullover, muscle-up, front lever, planche and many others.

Thursday     5 - 6 pm, 6 - 7 pm​ (MOVEMENT AND MOBILITY TRAINING)

Saturday     10 am - 11.30 am (MOVEMENT AND MOBILITY TRAINING)
