BASIC STRENGTH ADULTS 

Learn how properly to do basic exercises: pull-ups, push-ups, dips, squats and core exercises .

Find out how to correct your posture by using body-weight training.


Monday      6-7 pm, 7-8 pm. 

Tuesday      6-8 pm, 7-8 pm.

SKILLS TRAINING ADULTS 

Learn, progress and master advanced elements: handstand, pullover, muscle-up, front lever, planche and many others.

Sunday        11 am -12 pm

PARENT AND KID TRAINING - CHILDREN 8+

Parents and children participate together in the same classes, where they learn and practice all basic and advanced calisthenics techniques.
