A calisthenics gym located in North York built for people who want to get stronger without relying on machines. Our training is focused on bodyweight strength, skill development, and pushing your limits with purpose.
Our gym is a private club. Open gym hours are for existing members only.
Drop-ins and trial classes are available by appointment only.

Strength, control, and skill training for adults of all levels. Build real progress through structured bodyweight training.
Structured training that builds strength, coordination, and confidence. Kids and teens learn how to control their body through progressions like hanging, pulling, core work, and basic calisthenics skills.

We are incredibly proud of our competitive team after competing at the CPAC Central Qualifying Round.
Seven athletes have officially qualified for Nationals in June 2026. This was a huge milestone for our team, and we are excited to keep building, improving, and representing our studio at the next level.

We are a small, hands-on team of coaches who care about progress, safety, and building confidence through movement. Whether you are training in the gym or the studio, you are supported by people who love what they do.
This class focuses on building strength, control, and gymnastics foundations through guided pumps, skill progressions, and challenges.
These classes focus on body control, strength, and skill development through structured progressions and technique work.
Intermediate and advanced calisthenics classes focus on building strength, control, and skill through cross training, mobility work, and advanced variations of handstands and levers. Each session includes challenges, pumps, and contests to push limits, stay motivated, and keep training fun.
Calisthenics Kids is a fun and structured class that teaches bodyweight strength, coordination, and control through age-appropriate drills and skill progressions. Great for building confidence, focus, and physical literacy.
Members can access the gym during open hours to train independently, work on skills, and follow their own routines at their own pace.
Note: during group classes, athletes can train in the other gym's areas without interfering training sessions.
