The Calisthenics Ontario Championships 2025 is organized by Kalisthenics Kingdom group and will be hosted at Ultimate Calisthenics facility on 24th of May 2025 starting at 12 noon.
It will include athletes weighing, main event, and awards.
Format of the even will include weighted street lifting and regular basic calisthenics routines.
The competition will follow the traditional street lifting set up: 1 rep max muscle up, 1 rep max pull up, 1 rep max dip, and 1 rep max squat, with each competitor getting 3 attempts to perform each lift.
There will be three weight classes for the male athletes : +80KG, -80KG, -73KG
and an open weight class for the female athletes.
All competitors must follow the Kalisthenic Kingdom Rulebook. It is available to view below.
