The Rep Wars II Competition 2025 is organized by Kalisthenic Kingdom group and will be hosted at Ultimate Calisthenics facility on 16th and 17th of August 2025 starting at 12 noon both days. Format of the even will include weighted street lifting and regular basic calisthenics routines.
It will include athletes weighing, main event, and awards.
Intro
The name of the competition will be Rep Wars II, as this would be the second edition of Rep Wars that happened in August of 2024. This also keeps the name consistency and brings familiarity and recognition for the athletes that competed in last year’s Rep Wars.
Competition layout
The competition will be a two day event: weighted endurance on a Saturday, and body weight endurance on the Sunday. Both days will have battle style competition, where two competitors will face off with each other at the same time. For both days, the lifts will be: muscle ups, pull ups, and dips. For day 1, it will be a points based system. And the one with the most points will win their weight category.
Day 1 (Males)
The males will be separated into two weight classes: +73KG and -73KG. For muscle ups, they will have 3 options to choose from: 20KG (5 points), 15KG (3 points), and 10KG (2 points). For pull ups, the options will be: 50KG (5 points), 40KG (3 points), and 20KG (2 points). And lastly the options for dips will be: 70KG (5 points), 50KG (3 points), and 30KG (2 points).
Day 1 (Females & Men 45+)
The females and men 45+ will have the same weight options. For muscle ups: 5KG (5 points), 2.5KG (3 points), and body weight (2 points). For pull ups: 10KG (5 points), 5KG (3 points), and 2.5KG (2 points). For dips: 20KG (5 points), 15KG (3 points), and 10KG (2 points).
Day 2
Day 2 will have no weight class separations, but there will be 3 categories: open male, open female, and men 45+. Again, the lifts will be muscle up, pull up, and dip, with body weight only. Whoever does the most amount of reps, and has the highest collective total, wins their category.
Rules
The rulebook will be updated to reflect this competition. Everything in regards to what will be considered a rep and what will be considered a no rep will be outlined in the updated rulebook. Competitors have the option to compete on both days if they wish, but they must be self aware of the fatigue that follows.
