Our coaches bring experience, energy, and a love for helping kids grow through movement. Every class is taught by certified, supportive instructors who focus on safety, strength, and skill-building while keeping things fun.
We keep our coach-to-student ratio low, with one coach for every six students, so each child gets the attention they need to learn and feel confident.
"My four daughters and myself have been training for over five years with our beloved coach Katya. She invests so much thought, hard work and patience to make sure each training is interactive, productive and fun! The kids are truly inspired and always look forward to each class and of course excited to perform."
Elana Lavi
"After a few months of training with Katya, our daughter impressed us greatly when she performed in the year end show. She did an aerial silks solo and a duet doing acro partnering. Now three daughter of different ages (4,6, and 11) always run to class with pleasure and make great progress."
Kate Kolesnikov
"Katya's approach is both safe and inspiring. The annual performances are a wonderful highlight that showcase the hard work and progress each student makes. Katya is truly one of a kind. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, caring gymnastics coach."

Yes. Trial classes are treated as drop-ins. If your child enjoys it and registers, we apply the drop-in fee toward the first month’s payment.
Parents can’t stay inside the studio during class for safety reasons, but there is a live video feed in the main gym so you can watch comfortably. You’re also welcome to train or relax in the main space.
We teach gymnastics, acrobatics and aerial hammock, in a safe and structured environment. Our acro training builds coordination, strength, and body control that can carry over into gymnastics, dance, and circus arts. We keep our coach-to-student ratio low at 1 to 6 so every child gets the attention they need to grow.
