This class focuses on building strength, control, and gymnastics foundations through guided pumps, skill progressions, and challenges. 


Group warm-ups begin at 5:00, 6:00, and 7:00 pm.

These classes focus on body control, strength, and skill development through structured progressions and technique work. 


Group warm-up begins at 5:00 pm, and 6:00 pm.

Cross Training              5 to 6PM

Handstands & Levers   6 to 7PM


THUR

Cross Training              5 to 6PM

Movement Workout      6 to 7PM

Participants must complete basics and skills classes and be approved by a coach to join. 


Intermediate and advanced calisthenics classes focus on building strength, control, and skill through cross training, mobility work, and advanced variations of handstands and levers. Each session includes challenges, pumps, and contests to push limits.


Saturday is advanced and Sunday is intermediate level.

Calisthenics Kids is a fun and structured class that teaches bodyweight strength, coordination, and control through age-appropriate drills and skill progressions. Great for building confidence, focus, and physical literacy.

Please reach us at info@uc-results.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

No, you do not need a membership to attend calisthenics classes. Classes can be purchased on their own. A membership is only needed if you want access to open gym hours to train independently. 


Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a water bottle. We are a no-shoe facility, so please wear socks or train barefoot. No special gear is required. Just show up ready to move.
