Ultimate Acro is a studio in North York specializing in single-point aerial hammock training. They focus on helping adults build strength, body control, and flexibility through creative movement in the air.
Our space is clean, calm, and welcoming. Classes are small, allowing each student to get personal attention and proper guidance. They believe in quality instruction, safe technique, and an environment where everyone can enjoy learning new skills.

This class is for anyone new to aerial hammock, refining their fundamentals, or wanting to go back to the basics. Each session includes a floor warm-up, conditioning on the hammock, skill instruction, practice time, and a cool-down with stretches. You will learn how to safely get on and off the hammock, build foundational strength, and practice beginner-level skills such as spins and simple poses. The focus is on safety, control, and confidence in the air.
This class uses the hammock to support and deepen your stretches while releasing tension throughout the body. It is designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and balance in a relaxing but active way. You will work both on the floor and in the air, using the hammock to safely explore a wider range of motion and lengthen tight muscles. No experience is needed. The pace is gentle, with a focus on proper alignment and breathing.
This is a mixed-level class that includes both beginners and intermediate students. Each session starts with a full warm-up, followed by strength and conditioning, aerial hammock training, and floor acrobatics such as handstands, cartwheels, and walkovers. You will work at your own pace with guidance from the coach. The focus is on improving control, form, and body awareness while learning new skills safely. There is also dedicated time at the end of class to practice what you learned.

Yes. Our coaches will adjust to your training level and provide modifications as needed. Every class is focused on learning at your own pace.
Of course not! That’s exactly why you’re coming to class. We will build strength and increase flexibility together throughout each session.
We recommend wearing leggings and a fitted shirt. Because the hammocks are fabric, they can feel slightly uncomfortable on bare skin at first, so covered clothing makes class much more enjoyable. Tie your hair up and remove jewelry before class.
If you have any medical conditions such as vertigo, inner ear issues, heart problems, high or low blood pressure, glaucoma, recent concussion, brain injury, pregnancy beyond the first trimester, or other health concerns, please speak with your doctor before joining an aerial class. Always listen to your body and skip any movements that do not feel right for you.
Bring a filled water bottle and an open mind. We provide all equipment, mats, and hammocks.
